1. About us
This website is operated by AMEN ("AMEN", "we", "us"), a registered business (Osek Murshe) in Israel. By accessing this website, browsing it, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this website.

3. Our products
Every AMEN piece is handmade to order. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in finish, colour and dimensions may occur between pieces and in comparison to the photographs shown on the website. These variations are inherent to handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

4. Prices and currency
All prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Prices in effect at the time your order is confirmed are the prices that apply to that order.

5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, including after confirmation, where the item is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment
Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment provider. Card details are entered directly into the provider's secure environment and are not stored on our servers. We may require additional verification before an order is dispatched.

7. Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery times, shipping costs and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is approximately 30 days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carriers and other factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancellations, returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and by the Israeli Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. Because our items are made to order according to individual specifications, they are excluded from the standard right of cancellation. Where an item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Nothing in these Terms derogates from any consumer right granted by law that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Care of your item
Handmade jewellery requires appropriate care. Damage resulting from misuse, accident, exposure to chemicals or water, improper storage, or ordinary wear and tear is not covered.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the AMEN name, the AMEN typographic icon, designs, images, text and layout, is owned by AMEN or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
