Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece at AMEN is handmade specifically for you, to order. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, goods that are specially made for a customer according to unique measurements or specifications, as well as jewelry priced above 3,000 NIS, are excluded from the standard right of cancellation.
Accordingly, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons of change of mind.

Defects or mismatched items: if the item you received is defective, arrived damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us at:

within 7 business days of delivery, together with photos.
Once the issue is reviewed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, at no additional cost to you.

This policy does not derogate from any right granted to a consumer by law that cannot be waived by agreement."
