General

AMEN – One Word One World (the "Website") is committed to providing an equal, accessible and respectful shopping experience for all of our customers, including people with disabilities. We work to make this Website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines.

Level of accessibility

This Website is made accessible in line with the requirements of IS 5568 at Level AA, and we work on an ongoing basis to maintain and improve that level. The Website has been tested on current versions of the leading browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge), on desktop and on mobile devices.

Dedicated profiles for vision impairment, colour blindness, motor impairment, cognitive focus, epilepsy safety and ADHD.

How to use the accessibility widget

An accessibility icon is displayed in the corner of the screen. Selecting the icon opens the accessibility menu, where you can choose the adjustments you need. The menu can also be opened with the keyboard shortcut CTRL + X. Your selected settings are remembered for future visits and can be reset at any time using the reset button inside the menu.

Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website or some content may not yet be fully accessible, including third-party content embedded in the Website (such as videos, maps, social media components and payment systems) that is not fully under our control. We continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a difficulty or an accessibility issue, please let us know and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible.
